Purpose and legal basis of processing personal data
In collaboration with EduRes Consulting Ltd, some personal data may be collected and processed when necessary for the collaboration.
Marketing: The contact information may be used for marketing purposes. The contact information given by the data subject (in the contact/collaboration form, following blogs, potential newsletters etc) is based on the consent of the subject. The consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.
Customers: The customer information is used to inform customers about our services, developments, and news including blog posts, collaboration, and contract documents. In addition, registration for EduRes training and events, statistical analysis of evaluation surveys and administrative purposes, may require processing personal information.
Content of Customer and Contact Register
The register contains: Contact information: name, title, profession, email address, phone number; LinkedIn address; Company information such as name, www address, postal address, country, billing information; Information on the services provided by EduRes Consulting; Activity on the EduRes Consulting webpage.
Regular sources of personal data
EduRes Consulting collects personal data via contact’s activity on our company website, email correspondence, social media, contracts and collaboration activities, meetings and events, plus public sources such as company websites.
The personal data security is ensured by using only appropriate technical data storage and administrative measures. All data are accessible only to the company staff members who follow legal requirements in their work and need the data for their work. Data will not be given to any third parties without specific consent of the data subject.
If necessary, for carrying out the work, the data may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the EU/EAA. In this case EduRes Consulting will make sure that proper and adequate data protection system is in place and use service providers, who are part of the Privacy Shield Framework (https://www.privacyshield.gov/welcome).

Data subjects have the right to know what data is collected, the purpose of processing personal data as well as the legal basis for it. Data subjects have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data and/or also to request deletion of the personal data in the register after the legal basis for processing the data has stopped. All requests to access or delete contact’s personal information should be made in written to EduRes Consulting; firstname.lastname@example.org. EduRes Consulting Ltd can ask the contact to prove his/her identity before proceeding with the request. EduRes Consulting Ltd will answer the request within the time defined in the GDPR regulation.
